Adebayo Adesina is a seasoned finance expert with over 23 years of experience in banking and finance, pension administration, and strategic planning. He was once the DGM at Access Bank and the MD at Veritas Glanvills. He has also arranged to finance various turnkey projects, including over $200mn of oil and gas financing, and managed N300billion & portfolios spanning infrastructure, oil &gas, trade, manufacturing, and real estate.
Seye Alawode
Chief Operating Officer
Seye is a Chartered Banker with over 20 years of a distinguished career in the financial sector. He has expertise in business strategy, banking, credit, and risk management and has worked with leading commercial banks. He has also provided financial advisory services and strategic transactions such as acquisitions, loan structuring, and trade finance for both local and foreign-owned entities.
Segun Ajayi
Head of Business Development
Segun is a business professional with a degree in Petroleum Engineering and an MBA in Entrepreneurship. He has over 20 years of experience in sales, business development and account management in senior roles across various multinationals across West & Central Africa.
Adebola Owoade
Head of Strategy
Adebola is an experienced executive leader with 16+ years of expertise in Strategy Development, Performance Management, Business Advisory, Digital Payments, and Product & Project Management. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Lagos, in addition to completing the Senior Management Program at the Lagos Business School. His core strengths include strategic planning and execution, business development, digital payment operations, product development, client management, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
Emeka Okeke
Legal
Emeka is a legal practitioner with expertise in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, transaction advisory, and regulatory compliance. He focuses on energy regulation, IT, telecommunications, privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and real estate. He holds an LLM in Information Technology and Telecommunications Law from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, and an LLB from the University of Nigeria Enugu, Campus.
