Agbara Bilateral Power Sales
Millwater (private sector project developer) in partnership with Eko Electricity Distribution Company Plc (EKEDC) as the incumbent electricity distribution company in Agbara and Transmission Company of Nigeria Plc (TCN) as the owner and operator of the Nigerian power grid to design, finance, deploy, operate and maintain the requisite infrastructure to provide stable and reliable power to meet all of the needs of factories and other consumers in the Agbara industrial cluster.
